Event Information:

1. It is a team of 4 relay run where all 4 runners need to run in a 'RELAY' format Stage 1 and Stage 2.

2. Each team must have a minimum of 1 female runner and 1 veteran runner of 45 years old any gender.

3. Stage 1 is a trail running with a distance of less than 2km per loop

4. Stage 2 is a hilly road running with a distance of less than 2km per loop

5. All 4 team members need to run Stage 1 and 2. If there is a change in team members after Stage 1 either members drop out, change of members or whatsoever, a penalty of 15 minutes for the team. The team is also not eligible for podium finish.

Registration Details:

1. Registration is a first come first serve basis
2. Only 20 slots is given.
3. Registration is only through this website. 
4. Payments must be made before submitting the registration. Payments can be bank in to the BIBD account: 00-011-02-0003815 (baharudin hj nordin). B$20 per team. Screenshoots your payment and attach the image to the registration form. 
5. Registration will be open on Monday, 18th December 2017, 8am. Once registration is full, it will be automatically close. Registration will automatically closes on Thursday, 28th December 2017, 6pm

5:45am - Athletes registration and sign in
6:20am - Race Briefing
6:30am - Start of Stage 1 relay race
8:00am - Stage 1 Finish (1.5hours cut off time)

Committee and Relay Team move to Stage 2 venue

8:45am - Stage 2 sign in
9:00am - Start of Stage 2 relay race
11:00am - Stage 2 Finish (2 hours cut off time)
11:15am - Prize presentation

Race Route
Stage 1
The trail race will be held at Sg Akar Gurkha Trail Loop, Jalan Utama Mentiri. It is across the road of RTB building. Please refer to the map for specific location. 

It is a 2km loop and considered to be a fast route with only 1 big hill. An average, a runner can run 12 to 15minutes per loop.

Please park your car at the designated car park. Refer to map for reference. Drinks will not be provided. Only at Stage 2

Stage 2 
The race will be held at Kg Pintu Malim, Jalan Kota Batu. The entrance to the hill will be on the LEFT if coming from BSB. After Simpang 268 on the right, there will be a road on the left going uphill. There is an Electrical Power House at the entrance of the hill and 3 big Transmitter Tower at the top. It is commonly known as Bukit Pancaran.

The road race will start at the top and run 820m downhill and make a U-turn near the cemetary and climb back 820m uphill to the start/finish line.

Please park your car at the botttom of the hill or near the cemetary or somewhere along the hill but DO NOT park at the top of the hill as it is limited and the people working overthere might complaint of the road congestion. Recommended to carpool if you need to park somewhere along the hill. The road up to the hill is a small road.

Drinks will be provided at the top of the hill.
