1) By registering participants (Participants) are agreeing to these Rules and Regulations.
2) Participants must be aged 18 years and above.
3) Registration will be on a “first come first served” basis.
4) As this is an invitational event, invitations will be issued by the Organiser to designated groups at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
5) Teams submitted by the invited group shall comprise of 2 team members for any of the Event categories set out above.
6) The invited group must submit to the Organiser by the stated deadline the names, identification details and t-shirt sizes of each Participant in the invited group’s team(s).
7) T-shirt size measurements are set out below and no exchanges of t-shirt sizes are permitted once submitted to the Organiser.
8) Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment by the deadline stated above and issuance of a confirmation message by the Organiser.
9) Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no refund of the registration fees for any reason.
10) The Organiser reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entries without assigning reasons therefor.
11) All Participants will be required to sign a Waiver And Release Form prior to flag-off on the Event Day.
12) The Organiser reserves the right to disallow Participants from participating in the Event on the Event Day if the Rules and Regulations are not complied with or the Organiser deems a Participant physically unfit to participate in the Event.
13) All results and rankings of the teams will be based on “Gun Time” of the last member of the team to cross the finish line.
14) Participating teams who do not finish (DNF) or do not complete the trail route within the cut off times stated above will not be awarded finisher’s medals.
15) The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time without giving prior notification or reasons therefor.
16) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event without giving reasons therefor. In the case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the registration fees but t-shirts and finisher’s medals, if available at the time will be distributed to the Participants and if unavailable, the registration fees (less any administrative costs) will be refunded to the Participants.
17) The Organiser reserves the right to alter the flag off time, route and other Event details prior to or on the Event Day.
18) In the event of inclement or unfavourable weather conditions such as rain or lightning, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to either: (i) delay the flag off time for up to 2 hours or (ii) postpone the Event to a date to be fixed or (iii) cancel the Event.
1) The Organiser will send an invitation to invited groups to participate in the Event via the Whatsapp messaging service to each of the group’s focal point of contact (“GFP”).
2) The GFP shall complete the registration block in the Whatsapp message and return the same via Whatsapp to the sender of the invitation.
3) The GFP shall make one payment of the total registration fees of the teams representing the invited group to the following bank account:- Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) Account name: Mohammad Juzailee Bin Haji Abdul Rahim Account no.: 00014020018253
4) The GFP must either (i) take a screen shot of the online banking transaction or (ii) photos of the cash deposit machine screen evidencing the payment to the above bank account and the cash deposit receipt; and send the screen shot/photos by Whatsapp to Mohammad Juzailee Bin Haji Abdul Rahim at +673 8800724.
