Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Voyage Fitness Run for Very Special Kids and understand that participation involves inherent risks associated with a public running event.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I participate entirely at my own risk and release Voyage Fitness, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and event partners from liability for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

All parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, behaviour and wellbeing of their own children at all times before, during and after the Event. Voyage Fitness does not provide child supervision and accepts no responsibility for the care or supervision of any child attending or participating in the Event.

Emergency Medical Assistance

I authorise Voyage Fitness, its organisers, volunteers and event officials to contact emergency services, including calling an ambulance, if they reasonably believe I require urgent medical assistance. I understand that any associated costs are my sole responsibility.

Photography

I consent to photographs and video recordings being used by Voyage Fitness for promotional purposes.

Declaration

I have read and understood this waiver and sign it voluntarily.
