Show your support and join us for the LifeSpring Community Health 5K at 8:30am on May 2, 2026. 

Park at the Bainerd Crossroads BX (4011 Austin St.) and walk across the street for the start in this neighborhood out and back 5K course. 

Packet pick up (including an amazing T-Shirt!) on Friday 5/1 from 4-6 PM at LifeSprings Community Health, 1042 East 3rd St, Chattanooga, TN or race morning Saturday 5/2 at Brainerd Crossroads BX from 7:15 - 8:15am. Day of registration (online only) closes at 7:45am. People with strollers or well behaved pets on a tight, nonretractable leash, please start in the back and be mindful of those around you. 

Awards will be at 9:30am for Female/ Male Overall, Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), and Senior Grand Masters (60+)

LifeSpring Community Health has been providing quality and affordable pediatric healthcare for 15 years to our community. LifeSpring demonstrates the love of Jesus Christ by providing exemplary pediatric, community, and behavorial healthcare for the families we serve. Help us further our nonprofit mission and join us for this event. Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome. You will be professionally timed and results posted by the Chattanooga Track Club.
