South River Frost on the Pumpkin 5K Run/ Walk 2026
REGISTER HERE
Sunday, October 25th (Rain or Shine)
Denny Stadium, David St., South River, NJ 
Check in at 7:30 am 
5k Run/Walk starts at 9:30am

1 mile fun run (5th grade and younger) starts at 8:30am
1 mile fun run (6th-8th grades) starts at 9:00am
 
5K Run/Walk 
Early Registration  (by August 31st): $30
September 1 - October 10: $35
After October 11 and day of race: $40
T-shirts to all registered. Those who register on race day will receive a t-shirt while supplies last. 
Course has some hills.
Awards to top 3 male and female finishers in each age category. Medals to all finishers. 
17 & under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
1 Mile Fun Runs
$10 (pre and post registration).
Medals to all finishers.
Light refreshments will be available to all participants.
Proceeds to help South River youth programs.
