25th Running of the Cosmeston Relays - 8th July 2015 - start 7pm.

The Cosmeston Relays are brought to you by Penarth and Dinas Runners.

The is a "chip-timed baton relay" over an approximate 3 mile course in the picturesque Cosmeston Lakes Country Park, Penarth, with each runner completing 1 circuit of the 3 mile course.

There are 9 team categories, so lots of competition and chances to win prizes for athletic club teams and corporate / friends teams.

Cosmeston Lakes Country Park is one of the Vale of Glamorgan's beauty spots on the southern edge of Penarth and afford some scenic running, with views of the lake to start, open countryside and a wooded section.

ENTRY FEE - The fee is £20 per team of four (Senior and Master Men) and £15 per team of three. Please use the secure online entry and payment system. Closing date for entries is noon, Monday 6th July.

TEAM CATEGORIES 

Athletic Club Teams

• Senior Men (under 35) - 4 runners
• Masters Men (35 - 49) - 4 runners
• Master 50+ Men (50 and over) - 3 runners

• Senior Ladies (under 35) - 3 runners
• Masters Ladies (35 - 49) - 3 runners
• Masters 50+ Ladies (50 and over) - 3 runners

Non-Athletic club teams

• Men - 3 runners
• Ladies - 3 runners
• Mixed - 3 runners

Note: non-athletic teams may have a maximum of ONE runner who is a member of a running / triathlon club. Please respect this rule
