RUNNING ORDER FOR THE DAY

Please come to Registration/Sign On to collect your number board and timing pod beetween 9.00 and 11.00 am.

For those that need directions the What3words location is positives.woven.purist. This will take you to the Grove carpark and from this point we will have yellow signs with black arrows out to guide you into the nest car park. The gates into the Nest car park will not open until 8.30

Practice	10:15 - 12:15
Race run 1	12:30 - 14:20
Race run 2	14:30 - 16:20

Please remember the NDH TT events require a full face helmet and recommend body armour.

YOU MUST REPORT BACK TO THE FINISH AND HAND IN POD AND NUMBER BOARD

Your orange timing Pod contains all your timing data and you will not get a result unless you hand it in to the organising team ON THE DAY at the EVENT CENTRE even if you retire during the event. This is an essential safety requirement of the event and avoids an unnecessary search. Failure to hand back a Pod and number board will incur a charge of £60.

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF

There is no overnight parking permitted in the forest.
Hamsterly Forest Cafe will have their catering van onsite.
Girls 2 pieces of info for you. You have been split into 3 cats so the young ones are more closely aligned.
Ex World Cup and EWS star Helen Gaskell is available to take your questions and give advise on riding and racing. She will be available between 9.30 and 10.30 for you to pop in and say hi!!! She will be awarding a rider of the day award for any females racing
Parents can push their children's bikes to the top however no towing from normal bikes or ebikes is aloud.
Ebikers the guys from Infinity Specialised will be doing spot checks on your bikes to ensure no one is riding a non road compliant bike.

Remember this years events have filled to capacity. Eastgate and Castlewood are open for entries.
