TIME The race will start at 4:30 PM.

Registration will begin at 3:00 PM and close at 4:15 PM at - 12th Street Beach!! 

COURSE

• Course Direction: To be determined on the day of the race based on favorable wind and tide conditions.
• Course (North to South): Starting line will be in the vicinity of Fourth Street Beach. Swimmers will swim straight out past a turn buoy (right turn on the ocean side of the buoy). Swimmers will then head south on the seaward side of all marker buoys until they reach the finish-turn double-buoy, where they will turn to the beach (right turn to land), and proceed through the finish shoot at 12th Street.
• Course (South to North): Starting line will be in the vicinity of 20th Street Beach. Swimmers will swim straight out past a turn buoy (left turn on the ocean side of the buoy). Swimmers will then head north on the seaward side of all marker buoys until they reach the finish-turn double-buoy, where they will turn to the beach (left turn to land) and proceed through the finish shoot at 12th Street.

PARKING

• Parking is available at the OC Community Center on 18^th Street and Simpson Ave. Jitney Shuttles/Transportation will be available from the community center to registration on 12^th street & back to cars after award ceremony!

AWARDS

T-shirts will be issued to all competitors entered by 6/14/26. T-shirts will be given out to day-of entries as available.

Awards will be given to the following:

 1st-3rd place overall finishers Male & Female.

 Oldest Competitor

 Youngest Competitor

 First Place Age Group-15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65 & over.
