It will be a beautiful day to chase a rainbow!

Join us for a timed 5K Run on March 7th at 9am on a paved trail in the beautiful Thompson Park located in Lincroft, NJ. 

Not up to running?  NO PROBLEM! You still can come out to support Blood Cancer United.   We will have a fun run/ walk following at 10am, walk any distance you would like - it will not be timed but you will still be part of the fun!

Bagels and water will be provided.

100% of proceeds are to benefit Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society)

ALL participants will receive a SHAMROCK SHUFFLE race t-shirt!
