Join us for our 7th annual Mayor's Challenge in 2025 with all proceeds to benefit Middletown's World Trade Center Memorial Gardens Fund, a garden at the Middletown Arts Center that honors residents whose lives were lost on 9/11. The Middletown World Trade Center Memorial Committee, a non-profit group of family members and interested residents, developed a lasting tribute to the 37 residents who were lost as a result of the World Trade Center attacks. A special renovation is taking place in honor of the 25th anniversary, this race will help fund those improvements.

The race route meanders through one of the hidden gems of Middletown - Poricy Park! The trail consists of wide grass paths, as well as some sections of single track. Poricy Park is not flat - beware of the hills!  This is a trail/cross-country course - race surfaces consist of grass, gravel and wooden platforms - trails are not paved.
