HMAS Harman will be holding the annual Bonshaw Cup run event at Lake Burley Griffin on the 24^th October 25, a perfect location to integrate Canberra Defence units, promote health, wellness and mental wellbeing with a community focus. This event is a 5km walk, 5km run or 10km run with emphasis placed on involvement and engagement from within the Defence Community. This is a dog friendly event so feel free to bring the our-legged friends along to enjoy the day!
