Dear Physical and Health Education Teacher,

Registration

According to the qualifying standard, all students that have met the standard have been automatically registered for the '1K Divi Links Cross Country Run'. Please go to the participants tab, so you could see the names of your students.

Information about the event

• Race type: Cross Country
• Distance: 1K (2 loops of 500 m)
• The student must be uniformed (school gym clothes)
• Entry fee: AWG 2.50 per person
• The contribution must be transferred to the bank account of the foundation
• Location: Divi Links Resort
• Date: May 4, 2025
• Start of the event: 7:00 a.m.

Organization:

For the smooth running of the organization we must start on time due to the simultaneous start time for the golfers on that day. The Tee Time starts at 7:00 a.m.

• The students  must gather at 6:15 a.m at the SVB building (Parkinglot)
• The teacher is in charge to do the check in for his/her students at the registration table (Green Flag) 
• Check In will close at 6:30 a.m.
• Once your school has checked in, you should then cross the street to enter the Divi Links and start with your orientation on the course.  
• At 6:40 a.m. your students should position themselves according to their starting wave. 
• The spectators are allowed to stand in a designated area that would be marked with blue flags. 

Awards will go to: 

• Top 5 female students 
• Top 5 male students

Necessities

• Sportswear
• Good running shoes

Additional information

One to two days prior to the event the schools will receive their bib numbers and starting list. 

Our recommendation is to handover the bib numbers on the day of the event.

The entry fee for this race is AWG 2.50 per person
