Life Guard 5K is an annual fundraising drive that concludes with a 5-kilometer run/walk race event along Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright, NJ. All proceeds benefit Life Guard Ecumenical Foundation and its mission of helping neighbors in need.

Life Guard Ecumenical Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2009 in Fair Haven, NJ to help neighbors in need. In the 15 years since its inception, LGEF has helped more than 250 local families and individuals with various forms of assistance. In addition to helping these families on a monthly basis, Life Guard has helped more than 100 families over the years during the holiday season.
