Start from the Foreshore at Omeath Swimming in the picturesque Carlingford Lough with the Cooley Mountains to your right and the majestic Mourne Mountains to your left.  An A  to B swim route.

Staying close to the swim course marker buoys is essential- Dont swim in towards the shore line its not any faster if you swim in there!

Bag drop for swim kit is at registration  – Collect swim bag at finish line.
