Tough Mucka 2025: Push beyond your limits and support young people’s mental health on the Isle of Man

Isle Listen is excited to launch the third instalment of their flagship Tough Mucka event, back for 2025. Tough Mucka is a gruelling obstacle course designed to push your physical and mental limits. The event truly represents our unique Island community of teamwork and overcoming obstacles, and by stepping outside your comfort zone to take on the course, you are helping Isle Listen to support the mental health of children and young people.

New for 2025, Tough Mucka Junior is now part of the main Tough Mucka event, held at the same location on the same day. All courses include the famous obstacles!
