The Annual RAF Henlow 10-Mile Road Race will be held on Wed 08 Oct 14, starting at 1230 from the Shuttleworth Aerodrome and finishing at RAF Henlow. No more then 150 runners are expected to participate supported by more than 40 marshals and volunteers.

a. Registration (Gymnasium) 0930–1130

b. Course Brief 1130

c. Runners board coaches 1145

d. Runners arrive at start 1205

e. Race begins 1230
