EntryBoss Registration System: All participants new to the EntryBoss registration system will be required to create an EntryBoss account. Creating an EntryBoss account & profile is a quick and easy process.
Race 1 is on Sunday 10 November 2024.
Race 2 is on Sunday 08 December 2024.
Race 3 is on Sunday 19 January 2025.
This will be a Cross Country (XC) event with 2 hours of dedicated racing held over an approximately 6km course for both Solo and Team riders.
No rider or team will record a DNF as long as one full lap has been completed.
The actual race course may be different for each event in the series.
$20.00 per solo rider 19 years old and over.
$10.00 for all under 19 solo riders.
$10.00 for each team rider.
Junior discount (discount automatically applied based on the age in your EntryBoss Profile. Ages as at 31-Dec-2024)
Race day registrations may be accepted at the clubs discretion at an extra cost of $5.00 per rider. Race day registrations will close at 08:30 am.
EFTPOS with “contact free payment” is available and is our preferred payment method.
Have you already entered the event, but then for some reason you are unable to attend on race day? No problem, just use the SCRATCH function to withdraw from the event and receive a refund.
All participants must hold, or obtain an AusCycling "Race Off-Road" or "Race All Discipline" membership, or obtain an Event Day Licence, or a 4 week free trial membership. Note that Event Day Licences are now $44 for both adult and juniors. We strongly advise you get the free trial option if eligible. Or you may find it better value to simply sign up for a full membership.
Event Day Licences can be purchased during the EntryBoss registration process, or from the AusCycling website.

EntryBoss requires each team member to enter and pay for themselves. Please make sure you use the same Team Name as your other team members.
Super Juniors will cater for U9 and U11 male and female riders. This will be a race over an appropriate 1km loop with a target race time of 15 minutes. The Super Juniors race will start before the main race at approximately 08:40am and all riders must be off the track by 09:00. All junior riders entered into this event must hold an AusCyling junior race licence, a free trial licence or an Event Day Licence.

Place getters for each category called to the podium.
Overall series winners will be announced at the end of Race 3 on 19 January 2025.
All NVCC races are timed using the RACE | RESULT electronic timing system.
All riders will have access to an individual "Results Certificate" as soon as the final results are published online. To access your certificate go to https://my.raceresult.com/317202/results , select the Contest and Category you entered then click on your name. This will give you access to your "Results Certificate" which you can view, download or print.

Wet weather. If it’s clearly going to be too wet we will make the call by 9pm on Friday 06 December 2024, if unclear then we will call it by 2pm on Saturday 07 December 2024. A full refund will be offered for those unable to attend the re-scheduled event.
