Timetable

Wave 1 will start at approximately 18:50
Wave 2 will start at approximately 19:30
Wave 3 will start at approximately 20:00
Wave 4 will start at approximately 20:25

The Races

• Each race will be seeded so you are running with others of the same ability
• Accurate chip timing
• Entrants must be at least 12 years old.
• Event timetable will become available once entries close and races have been seeded
• Slower runners will be in the earlier races. There will be one later race for slower runners in case of travelling difficulties.
• Entry fee: £10 - £2 discount if club affiliated to UKA or ARC.

Spectators

• Free entry
• All welcome – please come down and show your support to create a great atmosphere for all those racing.

• Parking available on-site 

Refunds/Transfers

• No refunds will be given. No deferrals.
• You can transfer your place by following the link in your confirmation email.

Prizes

• Bottle of water for all participants plus Haribo.
