The Belarusian Federation of Inline Skating and Skateboard Sports invites professionals and amateurs of inline skating to take part in the traditional MINSK INLINE RACE, which will be held on August 16, 2024.

The race is about high speeds. Therefore, for the Minsk Inline Race, a place ideally suited for the development of high speeds was chosen - the track of the karting track of the Republican Sports and Technical Center DOSAAF, Minsk region, Minsk district, Novodvorsky selsovet, Prilesye village, Zarya stadium.

Registration of event participants is carried out online at my.raceresult.com until August 11, 2024.

Disciplines

  1. Kids race for the categories Kids E (2018-2019) and Kids D (2016-2017);
  2. Team Hour Race for categories Kids A+B (2010-2014) and Kids C+D (2014-2017);
  3. 3-hour race for teams of participants in the categories Seniors (2007 and older), Middle (2008-2011), Mix (2011 and older), Fitness (2011 and older), and also for the categories Solo male and Solo female (2007 and older).

The terms of participation

  • Participants can register and compete in a variety of age-appropriate disciplines. For example, a child born in 2016 can take part in the Kids Race and the Hour Race;
  • Participants can only compete in their age category;
  • To participate in the Fitness category, participants on roller skates are allowed only with high (fitness) boots;

Payment

  • Payment of entry fees is carried out upon registration until August 11, 2024.
  • Registrations without payment will be cancelled.
  • To participate in the event, you must pay a deposit for transponders - 50 bel. rub. After the transponders are returned to the organizers, the deposit is returned.

Participant package

  • a set of individual helmet numbers;
  • provision of water.

Equipment

For children's categories A-E and all Fitness categories: mandatory equipment with a full set of protection (knee pads, elbow pads, hand pads and helmet).

For other categories: a helmet is required. Full protection kit recommended.

Schedule

15:00 – 17:30 – registration of participants, receipt of start numbers and transponders;
15:30 – 15:50 – warm-up for participants of the Kids race and participants of the Hour Race;
16:00 – start of the Kids race (categories Kids E and D);
16:20 – formation for the start of the Hour Race;
16:30 - start of the Hour Race;
17:00 – AWARDING the winners, prize-winners and participants of the Kids Race: girls, boys of categories Kids D and Kids E;  
17:35 – 17:50 - warm-up for participants of the 3-Hours Race;
17:55 – formation for the start of the 3-Hours Race;
18:00 – start of the 3-Hours Race;
18:30 – AWARDING the winners, prize-winners and participants of the Hour Race;
21:15 – AWARDING the winners, prize-winners and participants of the 3-Hours Race.

Order of conduct

Warm-up of all participants takes place WITHOUT TRANSPONDERS!

Kids race are held in a mass start format. Participants in Categories Kids D and Kids Е start at the same time. Places in the final protocol are distributed in the order the participants crossed the finish line. Separate results for boys and girls of both categories (Kids D and Kids Е ). The main timing system is transponders. The presence of transponders is the personal responsibility of the athlete.

The start of the Hour Race is given for all participants in two categories Kids А+В and Kids С+D at the same time at 16:30.

The start of the 3-hour Race is given for all participants in all remaining categories at the same time at 18:00. 

The race takes place in a relay format. If any participant violates the rules of roller sports (including the rules for passing the relay), his team receives a warning. The second warning is immediately followed by disqualification of the team. 

Each team member must complete at least one lap. 

The main timing system is transponders. The presence of transponders is the personal responsibility of the athlete, otherwise laps completed without transponders will not be counted. Each participant in the team is issued a transponder that will track the number of laps completed by each team. 

Places in the final protocol are distributed according to the number of laps completed in one hour from the start of the race (for an Hour Race) and in three hours from the start of the race (for a 3-hour Race). In case of an equal number of laps, the team that crossed the finish line earlier has the advantage. 

Excerpts from competition rules

In case of refusal to participate in the competition, the entry fee is not refunded. If the competition is canceled due to force majeure case (outside the control of the organizers), the entry fee is not refunded. Participants who register in accordance with the requirements are provided with: 

  • the final result in the protocol;
  • service support;
  • medical assistance, if necessary.

If controversial situations arise related to the organization and conduct of competitions, the resolution of which is impossible on the basis of the Rules and Regulations, in order to preserve the entertainment value of roller sports, the organizing committee and the main panel of judges have the right to make decisions on them, followed by informing the competition participants at their discretion.

Appeal: if they disagree with the decision of the panel of judges, team representatives have the right to submit an appeal to the chief judge of the competition in writing with a payment of 50 rubles. Other methods of resolving controversial situations that discredit the honor and dignity of the panel of judges and call into question the decision they made will lead to the disqualification of the athlete who has become the object of the dispute.

Responsibility

Participants are personally responsible for their health and have no claims against the organizers in case of injury.

Participants agree to the processing of their personal data by representatives of the organizers.

Awarding

Winners and runners-up in all age groups are awarded prize medals. All participants who complete the distance will receive a medal of the Minsk Inline Race Participant.
