The 2025 New School Montessori Center's 5k and Fun Run are part of this year's Spring Fling! Here you can find all of the information you will need for the event.

Fun Run: 10:45 AM

Spring Fling: 10 AM - 12:30 PM

The 5k and Fun Run start and finish lines will be near the Loblolly Shelter.

Race Fees

Early Bird: $35 (11/15/2024 - 1/31/2025)
Regular: $50 (2/1/25-3/29/25)
Includes 5k, t-shirt, and medal

Fun Run

$10 per runner
Includes Fun Run, t-shirt, and medal

Please remember to register each person who is running. If you would like to run in both the 5k and Fun Run, please only register for the 5k. (Example: Person A is running in the 5k and Fun Run and Person B is running in the Fun Run. Person A would only select the 5k when registering and Person B would only select the Fun Run, each person would receive one t-shirt and one medal).

Packet Pick Up

Packet information will be updated here and emailed to race registrants.

Refunds & Deferrals?

No refunds or deferrals will be available for the 5k or Fun Run event.

Food & Beverages

Food trucks will be available for purchase.

There will be water stations available for you to refill your personal water bottle. We encourage you to help us cut down on waste and bring a personal refillable bottle.

Aid Stations

There will be a water and first aid station at the 5k turnaround point.

Awards

Every 5k and Fun Run runner will receive a medal after completing the race.

*Registration must be received by March 1 to be guaranteed a medal.

Photos

Photos will be shared on the TNS Facebook page.

Race Results

Race results will be available in real-time on the race website.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are available through the park between the playground and the Cypress Parking Lot.

Arrival/Parking

Please give yourself plenty of time to park. Parking is available in any of the paved lots as well as the gravel lot near the mountain bike trail.

Please do not park in spots that are reserved. TNS will have some spots blocked off near the playgound for the event's food trucks.

Lost & Found

There will not be an official lost and found. Please keep track of your belongings. If you lose an item you can contact the park after the event to see if anything has been turned in. TNS will not be responsible for any items left in the park.
