عن الفعالية

"تحرك معنا" هي أحد مبادرات الاتحاد السعودي للرياضة للجميع بدعم من برنامج جودة الحياة ووزارة الرياضة لتشجع النشطين والغير نشطين على تبني أسلوب حياة أكثر صحة ونشاط وتمكين المجموعات الرياضية في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

ستقام النسخة الثانية في 3 مدن (الرياض – جدة – الخبر) وتضم مسارات متنوعة لسباقات الجري تم تصميمها لتناسب كافة افراد المجتمع. حيث تم تصميم مسار خاص بالأطفال لمن هم 12 سنة وأقل،وآخر خاص لذوي الإعاقة ومسار رئيسي لمن هم أكبر من 12 سنة من كلا الجنسين.

About the Event

Move with Us is an initiative led by the Saudi Sports for All Federation with the support of Quality of Life Program and the Ministry of Sport. This initiative aims to inspire both active and inactive individuals to engage in sports activities while fostering the growth of sports communities across different regions in the Kingdom.

In its second edition, the event will take place in 3 cities – Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar – offering a diverse range of running tracks suitable for all people from different ages. Specifically tailored courses have been developed, including a Fun Run for children aged 12 years and under, another for People with disabilities, and a 5Km Race for Adults.

Event Details

2st Race of MoveWithUs initiative will take place in Jeddah on Jan 13,2024

سباق الجري:

• للكبار مسافة  5كم
•   الصغار (سباق ترفيهي) مسافة 1 كم 
• سباق ذوي الإعاقة / الكراسي المتحركة (سباق ترفيهي) لمسافة 1 كم

Running Races:

• Adults 4,5KM Race
• Kids 1KM Fun Run
• People with Disabilities (Fun Run): 1KM Race

يبدأ سباق الجري للأطفال         4:00  م

يبدأ سباق الجري لذوي الإعاقة         4:15  م

يبدأ سباق الجري للكبار         4:30  م
