The Butterfield Half Marathon is a stunning, fast and flat course around the spectacular coastline of Guernsey.
Starting at 9am on Sunday 15th September 2024, the race starts at L'Eree in the south west corner of this beautiful Channel Island. The route follows a breathtaking 13.1 mile coastal road, running along the seafront and culminating in a grand finish in St Peter Port. 2024 marks the 24th year the event has been organised by Guernsey Athletics - and it promises to another fantastic and fun event.
All finishers will receive a commemorative medal and have the option to order a free souvenir running t-shirt or vest. This year, competitors will also have the option to forgo a t-shirt or vest and, instead, a donation will be made to Butterfield Half Marathon's charity of choice for the equivalent cost of each item. Please select from these options when registering for the event.
It is important to note that any entries made after Sunday 30th June will not be guaranteed a t-shirt or vest, so we therefore recommend entering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Participants must be aged 17 or over on 15th September 2024. The Butterfield Half Marathon will be fully UKA licensed over a certified course and will be held under UKA rules.
