• Medical provision at start, finish and on course

• Course safety – signposted mile markers and enthusiastic marshals

• Minimum age is 15 years old on the day of the event.

The race will start promptly at 09:30. Please arrive in good time to park, collect number, warm up and strip down.

We will once again be supporting the Isabel Hospice. If you are able to make a donation, it will be greatly appreciated.
