Here are some important details for your up-coming race:

 

BIB COLLECTION - It is recommended you collect your bib on Wednesday 15/11/2023 4.00pm - 7.30pm at RunningWorks Hilton or on Saturday 18/11/23 10.00 - 12.00pm at Runningworks Hilton (292 South Street, Hilton) to avoid the rush on event day. Bib Collection is available on the day 30 mins before your event.

 

RACE LOCATION: Corner of Turner Road & Canning Mills Road, Kelmscott

 

ULTRA RUNNERS PARKING: Please drive inside the gate on Turner Rd. You will need to park past the bollard & runners crossing sign. You can then park anywhere off to the side of the road.

 

HALF MARATHON, 10K & 6k PARKING: Please drive inside the gate on Turner Rd. You can park anywhere off to the side of the road or inside our designated parking area.

 

DROP BAGS – Drop bags can be left at the START/FINISH area. These must be clearly marked with the participant’s name.

 

Mandatory for your safety:

·         Mobile phone with the race directors numbers  

·         Minimum 250ml of fluids

·         Compression bandage or triangle bandage  

·         Trail shoes are highly recommended due to the nature of the course.

 

START TIMES: Multi-Stage Ultra - 6.00am, Half Marathon, 10k & 6k – 7.30am *Race briefings will occur 10 minutes before each start time.

AID STATIONS - Aid stations are located between 4k – 6.5k. All runners are responsible for their own nutrition on the day of the event. Hydration and water will be provided at the Aid Stations. Please bring your usable cup if you have one.

There will be tables to set up your own nutrition and hydration at the start/finish area. Again, please note your name must be clearly marked on your bag/items.

 

EVENT COURSES Marking

6.55k and 4k is both marked with pink flagging tape.

Any sections of the course marked with white X’s in spray paint are no go zones. 

All participants will be running the 6.55k course first (1st Leg) followed by the (2nd Leg) 4k courseEACH leg requires you to come back to the start/finish line to register your time through the Start/finish area, before setting out for the next leg. 

 

FIRST AID – We will have first aid with us from 6.00am, they will be stationed at the Start/Finish area. 

 

EVENT SINGLETS - If you would like to buy event merchandise you can do so during bib collection at Runningworks or on the day.

 

PRESENTATIONS & PRIZES - Multi-Stage Ultra: Overall Multi-Stage Men’s & Women’s 1st, 2nd & 3rd based on the overall time & Stage win medals for both Male & Female.

Half Marathon, 10k & 6k: Male & Female 1st, 2nd & 3rd

 

BIB TRANSPONDERS & LIVE RESULTS - Runningworks provides its own race result live timing. Live splits and lap results for runners and spectators will be available. Please do not bend or cover your transponder. The live link for this event will be posted on our “Runningworks Event Series” Facebook page. We will also have a QR Code for live results.

Multi-Stage Ultra Details:
Stage 1 – Half Marathon. (2 full course laps of 10.55km – Elevation 570m)
21.1k Starting at 6.00am until 9.00am
Stage 2 – Marathon. (2 full course laps of 10.55km – Elevation 570m)
21.1k at 9.00am until 12.00pm
Stage 3 – 50k. (2 x 4k laps – Elevation 250m)
8k at 12.00am until 1.15pm
Stage 4 – 50 Miler. (3 full course laps of 10.55km – Elevation 855m)
30k at 1.15pm until 5.30pm
