This year we are excited to announce that we are a Grand Prix Race for Gulf Winds Track Club.

Times:                            7:00 a.m. Race Day Registration starts

8:00 a.m. Fun Run (4 laps around the back parking lot, roughly 1 mile total distance)

8:30 a.m. 5K - with chip timing

Location:                       Thomasville Road Baptist Church, 3131 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, FL

***IMPORTANT NOTES:  

1. There will be no entry or exiting out of the TRBC church parking lot from 8:15 - 9:30am. If you need to arrive/leave during this time, please park at Dorothy B. Oven Park or at The School of Arts and Science across Thomasville Rd.
2. You must be present to win 5K race placement awards. Awards will be given to the top candidate for each age group, male and female separately.

Shirts:     

• All shirts are Dri-fit 
• Pre-registration by Feb. 17 guarantees a shirt.
• After Feb. 17, limited sizes and quantities of shirts will be available for purchase on Race Day for $15

Registration:       

• This race benefits Harvest of Life Prison Ministry.   Pay online by debit/credit card or make checks payable to Harvest of Life Ministry and drop off at the Thomasville Road Baptist Church Office. Register online at harvestoflife.org/maddash (no additional fee). Online registration ends on February 21 at 3:00 pm.

If you would like to attend the pancake breakfast and not the race, the ticket is $5 before Race Day ($8 on Race Day)

Packet Pick-Up: 

• Friday, February 24, 2023 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at Thomasville Road Baptist Church
• Bidding for silent auction items starts during Packet Pick-up and ends at 9:30 a.m. on Race Day.

Post-Race Events:         

• Breakfast included with each race entry and will be served from 8:00-10:00 a.m. on Race Day. Please be sure to have your race bib with you for breakfast entry.
• You must be present to win race placement awards and silent auction items.
• Silent Auction Winners, Race Certificates, and Awards will be presented in the Fellowship Hall at Thomasville Road Baptist Church after the race around 9:30 a.m.
