RACE UPDATE INFO

Due to the overwhelming response of this year's race, we will open check-in and hoodie pickup early at 2:30 pm.

Start/Finish will be in the same location as last year's race, 59 Parry St, Luzerne. There is limited onsite parking for about 125 cars. Overflow parking is available in downtown Luzerne at Chucks Diner, Luzerne Bank and Big Lots. If parking on side streets, please be respectful of the residents and businesses and do not block any driveways. The lots will fill up fast, so if you're running late, Big Lots looks like the best parking option for you.


Bring a friend! Spread the word! We will be allowing same day registrations up to 3:30 pm online only. There will be 2 QR codes to follow for online registrations at the event. One for credit cards and paypal, and one for cash or check. Skip the lines and register online now at: https://my.raceresult.com/205272/registration

There will be a limited amount of hoodies available for purchase at check in. Make sure you get one and more swag at https://shop.getsomespirit.com/BMT5K/shop/home. Online orders will begin to ship mid January.

Weather looks like Mid 40's with a slight chance of rain. If you think you'll melt, bring an umbrella or a poncho. If you're a slow walker, bring a flashlight or a head lamp. Party safe afterwards! Remember you're in downtown luzerne and the great places to celebrate afterwards.

 

 

  • Hoodie Registration Ends 12/16 @ Midnight. Standard Registration until 3:30 race day.
  • Race Check-in Begins 12/31 @ 2:30pm
  • Start / Finish - 59 Parry St, Lurzerne, PA 18709.

  • Running Awards - Overall Male & Female Winner, Age Groups Top 3 Male & Female
  • Each Pre-Register Will Receive an Event Hoodie.

 

Back Mountain Trail 5K Swag Store, shop.getsomespirit.com/BMT5K, will be available until one week after race 1/7/23 @ midnight. Various race apparel will be available such as hoodies, tees, long sleeves, moisture wicking items, hats, beanies, stickers & magnets to name a few. All items will be delivered approx 2 weeks later.
