The Children's Centre - GraniteMann Triathlon and Duathlon

The only Off-Road Triathlon on the Isle of Man!

Located at Cringle in the South of the Island, the swim will take place in the reservoir over a 400m course, followed by a 10km mountain bike ride and the final element will be a 5km scenic trail run, both cycle and run using the awesome tracks in the plantation.

TRIATHLON - you can enter all 3 disciplines either as an individual, or a team of 3

DUATHLON - option to enter the cycle and the run only, either as an individual or team of 2

This event is open to over 18s only

Registration closes Sunday 11th September - register before Friday 2nd September to guarentee a much coveted event t-shirt
