The Cocking 10k is a hilly but scenic trail race over the South Downs. The route starts from the Flint Barn Café with a climb across the Cowdray and West Dean estates, before heading to the top of the Downs. Those hilly climbs will be worth it for those stunning views, but no time for hanging around with a quick and fast downhill stretch to the finish!

How to get there:
By Car: The event starts from the top of Cocking Hill, one mile south of the village of Cocking on the A286 where The South Downs Way crosses the road. Please observe marshals and car parking directions when you arrive.
By Bike: There is bike parking at the Flint Barn Cafe.
By Public Transport: You can take the Stagecoach bus route 60 from Chichester or Midhurst.
