A challenging and scenic 10k trail race on the South Downs near Midhurst.

⭐️ “A technical uphill trail from the start, with a flying downhill to the finish!”

⭐️ “Fast forest trails”

⭐️ “Great value race with medal + chip timing”

⭐️ “Friendly welcome and epic cake afterwards”

The Cocking 10k is a hilly but scenic trail race over the South Downs. The route starts from the Flint Barn Café with a climb across the Cowdray and West Dean estates, before heading to the top of the Downs. Those hilly climbs will be worth it for those stunning views, but no time for hanging around with a quick and fast downhill stretch to the finish!
