The Llantwit Major 10K - a 10K with a difference!

Firstly, it is 85% off road which is still unusual these days. Secondly, we are dispensing with a mass start in favour of a completely new concept for a 10Krunning race... The Llantwit Major 10K will be a time trial!

Entrants will start at 15 second intervals.

To achieve this we will be strictly limited to 240 entries. But whether you are first away at 09:00:00 or last away your actual start time will not matter because it is chip to chip. What does matter is that to have a chance of getting the fastest time and thus winning the race, contenders will be forced to go as fast as they are able from the start, no settling into a comfortable lead and sitting on it. Throughout the 10 kilometres there will be no indication of where you stand in the field. 

As competitors finish, their times will be available to view at the link above (Results Tab) The final winner will not be known until every single entrant is home.

The race starts in Llantwit Major and quickly takes to public footpaths.

Entrants will be seeded, slowest expected times starting first.
