Ringkøbing Fjord Summer Edition 2022

Ringkøbing Fjord is the classic ultra-running event in Danish West Jutland - which in the summer edition this year

is held for the 6th time. The course offers a varied journey through beautiful and characterful West Jutland

landscapes, where Skjern Meadows and Holmsland Klit must be particularly emphasized.

The race route is richly equipped with aid stations, which will help you along the way, whether you are

an experienced ultra runner or a first-timer on 50 or 100 km.

At the start

• Timing chip

During the race

• Unique course through the spectacular West Jutland surroundings
• 13 nutrition stations on the 100 km course
• 6 nutrition stations on the 50 km course

As a parcipant on 100 km, you also get

• Breakfast from 6:30
• Dropbags at 50 and 75 km

As a parcipant on 50 km, you also get

• Bus transportation from Vesterhavshallen to the start area in Nymindegab
• Dropbag at 23 km

GPS-race - Important notice

The course will not be marked, but wil be run via a gpx-file downloaded to your watch.

Distances
100 km starts 7.30 from Ringkøbing Atletikstadion
50 km starts 14:00 from Nymindegab (Notice: Bus departs from Ringkøbing 12:45)

Both distances have their finish line at Ringkøbing Athletics Stadium.

Participants under the age of 18 also confirm that the parent or guardian has given consent to the minor's participation in the race. To participate in the Ultraløbet Ringkøbing Fjord Around 100 km and 60 km, you must be 18 years old. The registration is binding. Start fee is non-refundable and start number cannot be transferred to other races. The participant agrees that photo and video material recorded in connection with the event may be published and used for marketing purposes.
