HUDAYRIYAT DUATHLON CHALLENGE 2, 2022 | Al Hudayriyat Island

Gulf Multi Sport in collaboration with 321Sports presents the 2nd Al Hudayriyat Duathlon Challenge for 2022 on Sunday morning 27th February.

We return to 321SPORTS with the run starting on the Athletics Track and taking runners along to the Heritage Trail towards Marsana. From the transition area, participants will then enter the cycling track near the Bike Park entrance and complete their bike ride. From transition, participants will then head towards Heritage Trail returning to finish on the 321SPORTS Athletics Track.


Race Distances offered are:
Olympic: 10km run, 40km ride, 5km run
Sprint: 5km run, 20km ride, 2.5km run
Super Sprint: 2.5km run, 10km ride, 1.25km run

KIDS' DUATHON: 1.3km run, 3.5km ride, 1km run


The Olympic will start at 7:00am followed by the Sprint at 7:15am, the Super Sprint at 7:45am and the Kids' Duathlon at 8:05am.

Make sure you enjoy the F&B facilities at Hudayriyat on the day. Miles Cafe are offering a 15% discount to all participants - just show your race bib for the discount.


FOR OUR KIDS' DUATHLON COMPETITORS - included in your entry we have been able to secure (to be used post event) a free 30 minute session at the pump track at BMX Park, CircuitX, as well as a 30% discount off the Climbing Wall all part of the new Hudayriyat Leisure and Entertainment District. And we will also be offering those juniors who finish in first place of their age group (U10, U12, U14) a complimentary Rope Climb at High Ropes Park also at CircuitX. Vouchers will be shared with Juniors post event.



To participate in this event competitors over 16 must be vaccinated or have the appropriate waiver.  Your ALHOSN app must be showing 'green' with a negative PCR test results having been undertaken within 96 hours of event day.

Competitors under 16, who are or who are not fully vaccinated, are also required to undertake a PCR test within 96 hours of event day.
