This is a popular series of races held for many years by Northern Athletic Club.

Age on day of race 7 and above.

There are 4 races:

1st April 2022

29th April 2022

27th May 2022

1st July 2022

There is a choice of 1 or 3 lap race, the 1 lap race is 1.7 miles and the 3 lap race is 3.7 miles.  You can change between the 2 distances but in order to count in the league you must have run 3 races out of 4 at the same distance.

To qualify for a t-shirt you must have run all races.  Anyone entering from Race 2 onwards will not be eligible for a T-shirt.

This year we are using online entry where you can sign up for the series, or each race individually.  

Registration will close at 4pm on each event day.  Number collection will be from 6pm at the Park, adjacent to Costa for anyone who is collecting their race number for the first time.  The start is just alongside and the races finish in the same location.

Fees (single race):

£6 if attached to a club

£8 if unattached

£3 if in full-time education

Fees (full series entered in advance):

£20 if attached to a club

£28 if unattached

£10 if in full-time education

We are using chip numbers this year and electronic timing therefore you must wear your PARK RUN 2022 number and please do not cover it or fold it in any way. You must cross the timing mat in order for your time to be registered.  You will be disqualified from the race if you wear the wrong number. If you wear no number you will not get a time. Please check you are not wearing someone else's number or the wrong number before the start!

PLEASE KEEP YOUR NUMBER FOR THE WHOLE SERIES.  IF YOU FORGET YOUR NUMBER YOU WILL BE CHARGED £5 FOR A REPLACEMENT.

Please remember to fill your name, emergency contact, doctor's details, medical info on the back of your number. 

There will be a briefing just before the start of the races at the start line, this is for your safety so please listen carefully

The Under 9 1-Lap race will start at 7pm and then the following races will start shortly after once the route is clear.

The presentation will be after the last race outside Costa.
