07/03/2022 | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Falcon Daman Series 2021.22

The Falcon Daman Monday Night Series is a 6 race series with prize money awarded to the Series Winners in March.

Race 6 of the series will be held on Monday 7th March.

Please note that Race 6 will start and finish adjacent to the Cycle Park (Gate A) at 321Sports.

The format for the race series will see riders being allocated a start group and the on the day results being the rider first across the line.

Men Group 4 - 7:10pm, Group 3 - 7:14pm, Group 2 - 7.16pm, Group 1, 7:18pm and Scratch at 7:20pm

Ladies Group 1 - 7:00pm and Scratch at 7:05pm

The junior races of 10km and 20km will  start separately with  awarding based on first across the line.

Distances:

Juniors: 10km (1 x 10km lap), 20km (2 x 10km laps)

Ladies & Men: 56.6km (4 laps with lap 1 being 14.0km and then laps 2,3,4 being 14.2km in distance)

Timings:

4:45pm: Registration opens

5.45pm: Start Juniors (10km, 20km)

7:00pm: Start Ladies (56.6km)

7:10pm: Start Men (56.6km)

PLEASE NOTE - Participants can ONLY use a road bike. No time trial, mountain, fixed gear, track bikes or any additional handlebar.

A prize pool of AED60,000 has been allocated for the OVERALL results from across the five races by AGE GROUP at the completion of race 6 in March.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

To participate in this event competitors over 16 must be vaccinated or have the appropriate waiver. Your ALHOSN app must be showing ‘Green’ with a negative PCR test result having been undertaken within 96 hours of event day. Competitors under 16 regardless of being vaccinated  are also required to undertake a PCR test within 96 hours.
