This is a popular series of races held for many years by Northern Athletic Club.

Age on day of race 7 and above.

There are 4 races:

28th May,

2nd July

16th July

20th August

There is a choice of 1 or 3 lap race, the 1 lap race is 1.7 miles and the 3 lap race is 3.7 miles.  You can change between the 2 distances but in order to count in the league you must have run 3 races out of 4 at the same distance.

To qualify for a t-shirt you must pre-enter all races and have run all races.

This year we are using online entry where you can sign up for the series.  

Registration will close at 2pm on the 27th May.  Number collection will be from 6pm-8pm at St Pauls Church Hall on the 27th May or alternatively from 6pm at the Park, adjacent to Costa.  The start is just alongside and the races finish in the same location.

We are using chip numbers this year and electronic timing therefore you must wear your number and please do not cover it or fold it in any way and you must cross the timing mat in order for your time to be registered.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR NUMBER FOR THE WHOLE SERIES.  IF YOU FORGET YOUR NUMBER YOU WILL BE CHARGED £5 FOR A REPLACEMENT.

Please remember to fill your name, emergency contact, doctor's details, medical info on the back of your number. 

There will be a briefing just before the start of the races at the start line, this is for your safety so please listen carefully

The Under 9 1-Lap race will start at 7pm and then the following races will start shortly after once the route is clear.

The presentation will be after the last race (20th August) outside Costa.
