When the community comes together, great things happen! For the past ten years, families and friends of Nicole’s Heart Foundation have turned out in great numbers to support various activities such as Zumbathons, Car Washes, Pancake Breakfasts and most recently, since 2017, the Nicole’s Heart 5K in Thompson Park, Lincroft, NJ, raising funds to support our mission. While this past year has been unlike any other, our supporters have asked that we Keep our Hearts Beating in 2021… so this year, the Nicole’s Heart 5K is going virtual!
You are invited to run a 5K, walk a mile, Stroll & Roll around your yard or make a donation… whatever you choose to do, you can be a part of this great event. Results are posted, on an honor system, here, and you can send us a photo of you and your team as you Keep our Hearts Beating! Be sure to send your pics to 4NicolesHeart@gmail.com and we will post them to show your enthusiasm, so be creative!
Although there will be no award winners this year, we know that you will want to remember this Virtual Nicole’s Heart 5K so every paid registration by June 13, will receive a specially-designed Nicole’s Heart mask! All participants who report their times will receive a Completion Certificate.
The Virtual Nicole’s Heart 5K is scheduled June 13 – June 30. Please join this new way of making supporting Nicole’s Heart Foundation. Come on… Keep our Hearts Beating-2021!
All proceeds from the Nicole’s Heart 5K directly benefit the Mission of our Organization which is to foster greater awareness and education concerning the importance of cardiac screening for high school athletes and to raise funds to offset costs for cardiac screenings for high school athletes.
