This is a fun race for inline-skaters / rollerbladers enthusiasts to test their racing skills - speed and endurance.
There are FOUR categories to be selected. There are:
1. SPEED: BIG WHEELS DRIVE - 2.5km X 2 loops
2. SPEED: 4WD 100MM wheels and above - 2.5km X 2 loops
3. SPEED: 4WD 90MM wheels and below - 2.5km X 1 loop
4. ENDURANCE: OPEN - 2.5km X 10 loops
Each skaters are only allowed to participate in 1 SPEED category and 1 ENDURANCE category. Skaters are not allowed to participate in all categories. This is provide fairness to all i.e. to avoid winning all the categories.
1. Helmet must be worn at all times (warmup and racing). NO helmet NO race. Other safety gears such as knee pad, elbow pad and wrist guard is optional.
2. No pushing, No shoving and No tripping other skaters.
3. Your in-line skate must be in good working conditions and these include the boot, frame, wheels and bearings.
4. Participants must stay on the official course and follow the instructions and directions of course marshals and safety officials at all times. It is the responsibility of each participant to know the course and follow the appropriate course markings. Participants who leave the course will be automatically disqualified. Please see the course map to learn the course before race day.
9. You are fully aware that when participating in an outdoor activity such as this race, your safety depends on your own skills and abilities. Participate at your own risk. Organiser will not be held responsible.
10. Organiser has the rights to change the race route on race day if the safety of the participants cannot not be guaranteed due to cars and animals interference.
1. Encourage attendees practise social distancing. On race day, attendees will be required for a temperature scan to ensure they are in healthy conditions.
2. Reduce physical contact or touching, such as avoid shaking hands or embracing.
3. Those who are having symptoms of the infection or those who are at a high risk of developing severe form of the infection are advised from attending until they have fully recovered.
4. You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge of in-line skating either in SPEED or ENDURANCE categories.
1. Registration is a first come first serve basis.
2. Overall participation is limited to 80 skaters with a minimum of 5 skaters per categories
3. Registration is only through this website.
4. Payments must be made before submitting the registration. Payments can be bank in to the BIBD account: 00-001-01-009364-8 (IMAP ENTERPRISE). Registration fee is B$10 per category. Screenshoots your payment and attach the image to the registration form.
5. Online registration will be open on Friday, 1st January 2021, 12:00am and closes on Friday, 15th January 2021, 8:30pm.
6:00am - Arrival of Participants
6:30am - Participants temperature scan, transponder collections and sign in
6:50am - Race briefing
7:00am - SPEED 4WD SMALL
7:15am - SPEED BIG WHEELS DRIVE
7:45am - ENDURANCE OPEN
9:00am - Closing ceremony
