The 2020 Microgaming IoM Triathlon Championships will be held on Sunday 6th September at the Mooragh Park in Ramsey.

The Mooragh Lake is shallow and so is a great introduction to Open Water Triathlon events.

There are Sprint & Standard distance races for both Individuals and Teams. Sprint distances are 750m Swim / 20k Cycle and 5k Run.  Standard distances are 1500m Swim / 40k Cycle and 10k Run. The  Cycle course goes out the coast road, through Bride, back through Andreas and then back to Ramsey, then the run is in and around Mooragh Park.
