You can complete your selected distance/s in the VR Summer Run 4 between 4:30am Thursday 6th August and 11:00pm Saturday August 8th.

You can choose from either a 1Km, 3Km , 5Km or 10Km distance or you can register for more than one or all distances.

Register FREE online and we will send you an email confirmation of your registration and a link to upload your run details, post run.

The virtual run course can be in and around your neighbourhood or favourite rulling location (subject to current Government rulings). .

Upload your run time as verification for a ranking (using the Link in the email we send to you) and download your Certificate of Participation.
