Country Traders Limited has been roasting and distributing coffee under the ‘Coffee Roasters of Jamaica’ brand for over 25 years. Our main distribution channel is through dozens of small gift shop along the North Coast, and it is here we saw the need for a truly authentic Jamaican Rum Cake.

Late 2014 we launched our ‘Sweet & Simply Jamaican’ rum cakes. The reviews have been great and our sales are growing steadily. We currently have three flavours; Butter Rum Cake, Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee Rum Cake and Chocolate Chocolate Rum Cake . Yes, too chocolaty to only say it once. These are available in both 4 oz and 16 oz.

Our product is nitrogen flushed and vacuum packed which allows it to retain its freshness for up to 8 months.
