Race nights are Mondays at 7pm on the 1st, 15th and 29th June with registration opening at 5.45pm each night.
Race entry fee is £9 per single race or £20 for all 3 races.
Medals for all finishers of all 3 races only.
Prizes for 1st and 2nd male and female (quickest accumulative time over the 3 races) and a prize for the quickest single time overall (whether they run all 3 or just a single race).
Min age is 12 yrs
Maximum runners is 150 per race, on the night entries if not already full up to 6:50pm.
