● Photos and/or videos will be taken before, during and after the race. The event will be recorded.
● With the purchase of a ticket, you will receive a free T-shirt (size to be chosen when buying the ticket). More information regarding the T-shirts will be sent to you before the event.
● The race will last for 2 hours (you are welcome to participate even if you wish to walk instead of running).
● There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places on both routes (5km and 10km)
● There will be prizes (goodie bags) for all participants under 14 years of age.
● Traffic will not be stopped during the race, however there will be officers making sure that everyone gets through the route safely.
●The route will go through the center of Aalborg.
● There are two routes: 5 km and 10 km – to be chosen when buying the ticket.
● There will be refreshments available on the route, at “Cafe Ulla Terkelsen London”.
● The race starts and ends in Karolinelund.
● Everyone is welcome to cheer along the route as well as to participate in Karolinelund.
● It will be possible to buy food and drinks in Karolinelund.
● There will be activities, music, entertainment and much more.
● Participants will receive an e-mail before the race, which will provide more information about the race and the entire agenda.
● The route must be respected.
● Participation in the race is at your own responsibility.
● The starting number has to be fastened to the participants back.
● We reserve the right to make changes to the race schedule, terms and conditions or any aspects relevant to the race, as we see fit.
