The Microgaming Triathlon Festival weekend runs over the weekend of 9th & 10th May this year. This is a Pool based event and so is a great introduction to Triathlon for 1st time triathletes.

Run over the Sprint distance, it starts with a 750m Swim, a 20k Cycle and a 5k run. The swim is 30 lengths of the Ramsey Swimming Pool, the Cycle course goes out towards Bride, through Andreas and back to Ramsey, then the run is in and around Mooragh Park.

The Individual Race will be held on Saturday - start time 9am, then the Team event will be held on Sunday, also starting at 9am.

This gives any Individuals competing on the Saturday the chance to also take part with friends, family or team mates in the Team challenge on the Sunday.
