The Abu Dhabi Sports Council presents the Third Triathlon Festival of the season at Al Hudayriyat Island on Friday 31 January and 1st February.

Protected swim course, open and spacious transition, a looped bike course with NO TRAFFIC and a run course with a twist.

Friday Distances:

Long Course Individual and Relay (3000m swim |100Km Bike | 10Km Run)
Olympic Individual and Relay (1500m swim | 41Km bike | 10Km run)
Sprint Individual and Relay (750m swim | 21Km bike | 5Km run)

AquaBike (1500m swim and 40Km bike)
Super Sprint Individual and Relay (375m swim | 11Km bike | 2.5Km run)

Timings:
6:15am: Registration Check-in opens
7:30am: Start Long Course Individual & Relay (3,000m swim | 100Km bike | 10Km run)
8:30am: Start Olympic Individual & Relay (1500m swim | 41Km bike | 10Km run)

8:30am: Start AquaBike (1500m swim and 40Km bike)
9:00am: Start Sprint Individual & Relay (750m swim | 21Km bike | 5Km run

9:15am: Start Super Sprint Individual & Relay (375m swim | 11Km bike | 2.5Km run)

A Junior Triathlon along with an Open | Junior Aquathlon and Duathlon will be held on Saturday morning 1st February. More information in a separate event listing.
