Hyde Park & Portman Square Garden
Join The Portman Estate and Carers Network for its charity challenge – The Portman Triathlon. Taking place at Hyde Park and Portman Square Garden, it will be a competitive day to remember. There are two options for teams,
Option A:
Three person team (must have three competitors)
1 x 1.6k swim (16 lengths) in the Serpentine Lido
1 x 10k run at Hyde Park
1 x 30k cycle on static bikes in Portman Square Garden
Option B:
Nine person team (can be less than nine people competing but only 1 lap of each discipline)
4 x 0.4k swim – or (4 lengths) in the Serpentine Lido
2 x 5k run at Hyde Park
3 x 10k cycle on static bikes in Portman Square Garden
The day will draw to a close with a party and celebration in Portman Square Garden. Your team entry allows you five extra tickets for the party, which includes all food & drink for the evening and a charity raffle.

Three person team - £3,000 + VAT (pay £500 deposit or in full)
Nine person team - £5,000 + VAT (pay £500 deposit or in full)

About Carers Network
Carers Network is a charity dedicated to supporting unpaid carers of adults living in Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and City of London. The charity offers services including specialist advice, workshops for tasks such as will writing, and emotional and psychological support, with the aim of helping carers lead a healthy, fulfilling life with control over their caring role.
