Race number - your race number to be picked up on race night along with race chip.

License - Race Licence Number; 2018-35879

Course - the course is not suitable for spikes. It is mainly tarmac and trail paths. Road running shoes are advised.

Car Parking - will be at the visitor centre and overspill car park.

Changing - please come ready changed as there are no changing facilities at the venue.

Toilets - are available adjacent to finish area.

Prizes - there are individual, category and Team cash prizes. The lowest aggregate team score will decide the winner of the Team prize. First claim members only. First four men, first three ladies.

Sponsored by Course record - £200 men (rollover) and £100 ladies (beaten in 2018).

Information Desk - will be situated near the finish area.

Refreshments - the area is ideal for family picnics. There are tables and an extensive grassed area. There will be food and drinks on sale by the car park.

Presentations - will be made at approx 8.30 p.m. In the interests of fair play there will be a maximum of one prize per individual.

All finishers in the main race gets an Embroidered Gym Towel & bottle of beer, plus the individual, team & age categories cash prizes.
