The Abu Dhabi Sports Council will host an open water swim as part of the community program on Friday 9 November 2018. 

The races will be held on the same course that will see elite swimmers competing in the FINA/Hosa Marathon World Swim Championships at the Abu Dhabi Sailing Club, Abu Dhabi Theater Road near Marina Mall.

The community races will consist of a 1.9 km, 1 km, 400 m open water swim and 200 m splash & dash.

The 1.9 km swim at the conclusion of the FINA 10 km marathon swim which we anticipate will be at 10:30 am followed by the 1 km, 400 m and then 200 m. 

The 1 km and 400 m swims will commence whilst the 1.9 km is in progress.
