Welcome to 11th Hensel Churfranken Triathlon at Niedernberger See!

We offer the following contests:

Single and relay race on both distances: 

• Triathlon single sprint distance race: 500m swim (1 lap), 22km bike (2 laps) and 5km run (1 lap)
• Triathlon single olympic distance race: 1500m swim (2 laps), 44km bike (4 laps) and 10km run (2 laps)

Registration is open until July 10th, 2019 6pm or until maximum number of participants are reached.
Unfortunately, a later registration is not available.
