Notes:

For safety reasons due to the size of the course, there is a competitor limit of 50 for Non-Adult, and 100 for the Adult races
Ensure your bike is in good working order suitable for riding on grass covered park land. Mountain bikes or CX bikes are ideal.
All competitors are required to wear a cycling helmet.
No U16 rider will be allowed to enter the adults race unless that have first completed in their own race, and then come to the organiser with their parent to approve the request, at this point it will be to the discretion of the organiser.
