This is a series of races hosted by Northern Athletic Club and kindly sponsored by Edgewater
Distance
U9s (School Years 2 & 3) Must be 7 on day of race - 1 lap of the lake - Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 1.1km
U11s (School Years 4 & 5) - 1 lap of the lake -Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 1.1km
(Yr6) onwards to and including Adult - 1 lap of the large course in and around the park - Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 2.8km
(Yr10) onwards to and including Adult - 3 lap of the large course in and around the park - Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 6km

All abilities are welcome. Age 7 on day of race and above.

Weather
Our permit allows us to race in most conditions. A decision regarding cancellation will be made prior to 5pm on the day of the race, and this will be communicated via social platforms & email.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.

Both club members and non-club members are welcome.
