Distance

U9s (School Years 2 & 3) Must be 7 on day of race - 1 lap of the lake - Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 1.1km

U11s (School Years 4 & 5) - 1 lap of the lake -Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 1.1km

(Yr6) onwards to and including Adult - 1 lap of the large course in and around the park - Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 2.8km

(Yr10) onwards to and including Adult - 3 lap of the large course in and around the park - Starting and finishing at Costa - approx. 6km

All abilities are welcome. Age 7 on day of race and above.

If possible please bring a marshal to the event - without marshals the event can not take place.

Costs to enter are

• U18 - £4 (individual race)
• U18 - £12 (Whole series)
• Affiliated Club runners £25 (whole series)
• Unaffiliated runners £45 (whole series)
• NAC fully paid up members £18 (whole series)
• Affiliated Club runners £7 (individual race)
• Unaffiliated Club runners £12.50 (individual race)
• NAC fully paid up members £5 (individual race)

Weather

Our permit allows us to race in most conditions. A decision regarding cancellation will be made prior to 5pm on the day of the race, and this will be communicated via social platforms & email.

​Important to remember on the night

• You must collect your number between 6-6:45pm on race nights from the band stand next to Costa
• Please keep your number for the series.
• Please do not bend the chip behind the bib, if you suspect your chip has become damaged see NAC member at check-in.
• must check-in for EVERY RACE before 6.45pm

No bag storage is available for this event

For parking you can use the Mooragh park car.

Rules of Participation

•  Athletes must be 7 years old on the day of the event.
•  No dogs or push chairs, our permit and risk assessment does not cover this.

​Terms by registering​

By registering I accept the organiser's exclusion of liability of any damage.

• ​I will not enforce a claim either upon the organizer or upon the supporting companies and their agents because of damage, that could arise by participating.
• I declare that I have practised sufficiently for the event and that I am physically well.

​All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
For added clarification, the date of entry is the date of the event.

• ​I agree that my name, event category, result and position for the event(s) may be published within the Club's Social media, local press and Power of 10 UKA recognised results services, together with a permanent entry in the Club's historical records.

If you want to train for your Winter Series races, the Club offers coaching by an England Athletics qualified coach:
Both club members and non-club members are welcome.
