Mogilev International Roller Surf Race

General Regulations

The International Inline Speed Skating Competition Mogilev International Roller Surf Race will take place on June 27, 2026 in Mogilev, Republic of Belarus.

The event will be held at:
Sports Complex “Torpedo”
43 Vitebsky Avenue

The competition will be organized in accordance with international inline speed skating regulations and will be conducted in the allround format.

Each athlete competes in:

  • 300m
  • 500m
  • Mass Start race

The number of Mass Start laps depends on the competition category.

Equipment

Participants on any type of roller skates are allowed to participate in the event.

For kids categories A-E: mandatory equipment with a full set of protection (knee pads, elbow pads, hand pads and helmet).

For other categories: a helmet is required. Full protection kit recommended.

Registration Tent

The Registration Tent of the Organizing Committee will be located at the Inline Track starting at 8:00 on June 27, 2026 and will be until the end of competition.

Insurance/Liability

It is the sole obligation of each participating Competitor, Official or Team Member to provide medical and accident insurance for themselves. Valid Local Medical Insurance is available for purchase on request at info@proskating.by that covers incidents on trainings and competitions (Extreme Sports). Such insurance will assure full medical attendance while staying in Belarus.

The organizer will provide medical emergency aid during the competition. The Organizer holds no responsibility for or liability with respect to bodily or personal injury or property damage incurred in connection incurred by Competitors and Officials.

All participants must be aware that the organizer is not responsible for any injury. Each participant must have health insurance valid in the Belarus.

Results

The Transponder System (RaceResult) will be used to define the time, place and calculate points for final Allround classification for all participants in all age categories. The list of participants, Start lists, Race results and LIVE-results will be available on this website in the appropriate tabs.

Awards and winners

The procedure for determining and awarding winners (prize-winners) 

  • Individual Championship in total allround points over all raced distances (all categories); 
  • Team Championship in the relay races; 
  • Each participant has the right to compete in any of the distances and relay according to the age group limits; 
  • Each competitor is only allowed to compete in one category (e.g. Fitness only or Seniors Women only). 

Winners and prize-winners in all categories are awarded according to the total number of points received after each finished race to become the allround event (all distances of the category, including points races and elimination races) in accordance with the points scored at the distances: 

 

If points are equal: 

  1. The competitor with the best place on individual distance has the advantage; 
  2. The competitor with the best result in the 300m TT has the advantage. 

The participants who have more points over all individual distances will be awarded with Medals and special prizes for athletes on the 1-2-3 places for each age category.
